Holly Trees. That is the name I give to trees holding Oyster mushrooms.
I am expected for supper at a friend of mine. He is expecting mushrooms. Mushrooms he will get. Why ? Under the skin, he shares the same passion I do. |

I guess I have enough Chanterelles for an omelette. The Oyster mushrooms well, maybe for more than a couple of meals with pasta. |

Oyster mushrooms, Chanterelles and Boletus Edulis in one day. Not bad. Now, need to start preparing them. Some will be frozen. Some will be dried. Some will be eaten tonight. |
